To view and interact with websites on the Leads 2 Business network, you must have cookies enabled. This is the default setting with which

Microsoft Internet Explorer installs.

 

What are cookies?

 

To determine if your browser is cookies enabled, first determine the version.

 

If you are an L2B client using Internet Explorer and you receive errors such as this one:

 

"Oops. Either your session has expired (20 min. of inactivity) in which case Click Here to continue

OR

your browser does not accept cookies. Please follow instructions below."

 

To enable your cookies, do one of the following:

 

1. Select Tools and then Internet Options from the File menu at the top.

2.        Select the Security Tab.

3.        Click on the Globe with Internet written below it.

4.        Click on Custom.

5.        Now you can either click on reset or enable cookies.

6.        Click Yes on the message.

7.        Click on OK.

8.        Select the Advance and Privacy (IE version 5.5 up) tab, change them to default as well.

9.        Click OK all the way out.

 

You must close all browser windows and re-launch before you continue.

 

OR

 

If you absolutely do not want to enable your cookies, then you can enable cookies per session only by:

 

For Versions up to 5.0

 

1.Select Tools and then Internet Options from the File menu at the top.

2.        Select the Security Tab.

3.        Click on the Globe with Internet written below it.

4.        Click on Custom.

5.        Now you can either click on reset or enable cookies per session.

6.        Click OK all the way out.

 

You must close all browser windows and re-launch before you continue.

 

For Versions 5.5 and up.

 

1.Selecting the Privacy tab.

2.        Click on Advanced.

3.        Click on "Override automatic cookie handling".

4.        Block all cookies.

5.        Always allow session cookies.

6.        Click OK all the way out.

 

You must close all browser windows and re-launch before you continue.
