The keyword advisory allows you to select 10 keywords of preference. The nature of the keyword selection will determine the basis of the tender information you receive every afternoon in the advisory. It is thus important that you take careful consideration when making your keyword selection. See illustration below.
To add keywords:
1. Select a trade from the trade list.
2. This will generate a series of keywords, associated with the trade, for you to choose from.
3. Select the required key word by highlighting and clicking on the "Add Keyword" button.
4. Test the keyword for frequency and relevancy by clicking on the "Test Keyword" button while it is still highlighted.
5. To remove a keyword, highlight the keyword and click on the "Remove Keyword" button.
6. To find a specific keyword use the search box in the top right pane.
7. When you have finished adding your keywords, you must click on the "Save My Keywords" button.
