The Daily Tender Advisory (DTA) is an email based notification system. It is dispatched every business day @ ± 17:30 and contains the days researched tender notices. See sample DTA below. Also see Keyword Management.
There are fourteen DTA's:
| 1. | Keywords - everything found in the Republic of South Africa that matches a predefined set of keywords. |
| 2. | Africa Tenders - everything found outside of the Republic of South Africa. |
| 3. | Building and Trades - Building and Trade related tender notices. |
| 4. | Civil Tenders - Civil, roads and earthwork's, pipelines, sewer, effluent and related tenders. |
| 5. | Consulting - tenders that are aimed at the logistical planning, execution and management of projects. |
| 6. | Electrical and Instrumentation - Electrical infrastructure, installation and instrumentation tenders. |
| 7. | Air conditioning and Refrigeration - Tenders for HVAC, chillers, heaters and air conditioning. |
| 8. | Materials and Supplies - calls for the supply of materials, hardware and tools. |
| 9. | Mechanical and Maintenance - Tenders for supply/hiring/repair of plant and mechanical equipment. |
| 10. | Facilities Management - Tenders for management of facilities and related services such as cleaning. |
| 11. | IT and Telecom - Tenders for computer hardware, software, telecommunications and radio. |
| 12. | Security, Fencing and Fire - Tenders for security and fire services, installations and fencing contracts. |
| 13. | Tender Awards - Awarded, postponed, canceled and re-tendered notices. |
| 14. | Building and Construction News - News that pertains to the building and construction industry. |
Subscribers can receive tender advisories in any combination of these industries. To change your DTA options:
| 1. | Logon to the website. |
| 2. | Click on the email address that you are receiving the DTA's on. |
Make the desired changes by editing your email address or selecting different advisories as illustrated below. You can also deselect all of the check boxes if you are going on leave; just remember to re-select them when you return from leave OR change the email address that will be receiving the advisories while you are away.
