ALTERATIONS BY TENDERER

Shou1d the Tenderer desire to make any departures from or modifications to the General Conditions of Contract, the Special Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Schedule of Quantities or Drawings, or to qualify his tender in any way, he shall set out his proposals clearly hereunder or alternatively state them in a covering letter attached to his tender and referred to hereunder, failing which the tender wi1l be deemed to be unqualified.
